In order to secure your reservation, it’s best to book in advance. You will receive an automatic email confirming the date and time of your dive tour or class and any add-ons such as equipment or wetsuit rental.


We uphold a strict refund policy to protect our clients and team members both. Planning a dive tour or course takes time and attention to detail. It also takes time to prepare the boat, fill the tanks and schedule the crew.


FULL REFUND

  • If the Harbor Master closes the port.
  • If we have to cancel the trip due to an issue with the boat.
  • If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour or class.
  • NOTE: We will deduct a $10 USD processing fee per person from the refund.


50% REFUND

  • If you 24-47 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour or class.


NO REFUND

  • If you cancel 23 hours or less before the scheduled tour or class.
  • NOTE: If you wake up on the day of tour or class and decide you don’t want to dive because the weather doesn’t look ideal, that is up to you. The wonderful thing about Cancun is the weather can look not so great when you wake up and 30 minutes later, it’s beautiful and sunny. Gray clouds can form threatening rain and pass right over without a drop of water falling. We can and do dive in rain. If the port is OPEN, you will not receive a refund.


There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for:

  • Seasickness
  • Unused tanks or equipment
  • Or if we complete the first tank dive, but are unable to complete the second tank dive due to unforeseen inclement weather or medical emergencies.
